Travel & Gear

These are the products that get us through every day circumstances, whether at home or jet setting around the world!

Privacy Pop Bed Tent

This is a game changer in travel for us. We opted for the twin size, and put it on the floor instead of on a bed frame. It comes in a very packable disc (kind of like windshield sun blockers). Logan loved it (so did the boys!) and slept very well in it.

The First Years On-The-Go Booster Seat

I keep this in the back of my car (it’s that compact!). Logan is too big for a high chair at a restaurant, and is too squirmy for a regular booster seat. This attaches to the back of a chair, and around the base of the seat, and has an optional seat belt. Perfect for travel, and even to use instead of a tradition highchair.

OXO Tot Perch Booster Seat with Straps

This is another great option that we use at home, especially when the bigger kids want to sit in the Svan chair! It’s easy to use, and easy to clean. Plus, the limited support makes it a sneaky therapy session for Logan without her knowing it!

Svan Wooden High Chair

I like this because it grows with your child. You can remove the tray, slide it up to the table and do all sorts of adjustments. Plus, it looks cool and is easy to clean. My only complaint was putting it together. It was sort of IKEA-ish.

Baby Delight Go With Me Chair

This is such a great outdoor chair! One of the other Pitt Hopkins moms posted about it, and I’m so happy she did! This chair grows with your child as well, up to 75lbs! It even has the option to stand in it. I like it for Logan because of the seat belt. Being outside alone with 3 kids is hard! If she is safely sitting when she’s not playing it makes my life so much easier. Comes in lots of colors. Ours isn’t pink. The boys wouldn’t appreciate that 😉

Mayfair Built-in Child Potty Seat

My sister, Britt told me about this. We are a potty training house over here at the moment, and this is awesome! It’s actually a real toilet seat! No more fumbling with messy training seats.

HoMedics Sound Spa Relaxation Machine

This is key in our house for sleep.  It is battery operated, so no need to worry about it when the power goes off.  It has six calming sounds: White Noise, Thunder, Ocean, Rain, Summer Night and Brook.  Super helpful for calming.

Dr. Barman’s Duopower Sonic Toothbrush

This is great for any kid, especially squirmers! Makes brushing a lot easier, more effective…and faster! They all giggle when we use the vibrating feature. Gets teeth really clean.

Leachco Pillay Plush Sling-Style Lounger

This is a great alternative to the bean bag. It’s super soft and holds it’s shape very well. It has just the right incline, and has been a great calming space for ALL kids.

Kids Ear Protection Safety Ear Muffs

These are just noise dampening headphones. Cannot be used for any music or such. Great for fireworks, concerts, sporting events, and loud brothers.

All Position Umbrella with Universal Clamp

We purchased this for Logan’s bike, and it is awesome! Works great for extended shade on strollers!

Portable Outdoor and Shower Bluetooth 4.1 Speaker

Comes with a clip to easily attach to a stroller. Great sound, loud enough for user, but quiet if not close by. Logan loves this, especially when she is overwhelmed when we are out. Music is her thing!

Insulated Diaper Bag

This is a great alternative to my Skip Hop bag (I have one of the very first…it was my payment for being one of their first models!) It has a built in cooler, lots of pockets and stroller straps. Very lightweight too.

SwimWays Power Swimr

This is a great alternative to the winged floaties. It gives your little swimmer more freedom, and I love how you can take out the inserts as they progress!
